Problem
Cadeler was undermanned and missing the required HSEQ skills to support their project teams to prepare for these projects in a good way and to meet all client requirements.
Plan
Getting to know all the client requirements and read through the IMS of Cadeler to get a good understanding of what was required and what information was available. Our consultant had contact and interviews with the employees to understand their level of knowledge and understand their expectations.
Execution
Based on the plan our consultant started drafting the minimum required documents and continuously validated the content with the various stakeholders to ensure we were on the right track.
How’s life now?
TOP has completed all the deliverables in time and they have all been accepted by Cadeler. All relevant stakeholders are aware of the project requirements.
The project is finished and the client is very pleased with our performance. We look back to a successful time and collaboration.
