TOP history

1989

The start of the BV

Foundation of the BV by Hans Moll and Frits de Nijs. TOP was located in an attic room of a house in The Hague.

1991

Relocation

Relocation to the Storkstraat, Zoetermeer.

1993

Contract with VBW Asphalt

Contract with VBW Asphalt for quality assurance audits and development BRL 5003 and BRL 5004 for asphalt production and asphalt processing.

1996

Contract with Wagenborg Shipping

For QHSE management, complete fleet.

1998

Relocation and start of Cesar Franken

Relocation to Zegwaartseweg 53, Zoetermeer. Cesar Franken start in organisation.

2000

Contract with VBW Asphalt and start of Tanja Snel.

Contract with VBW Asphalt for Asphalt Cluster, establishment of NCOB b.v. and Tanja Snel’s entry into organisation.

2003

Relocation

Relocation to Biezen 118, Boskoop.

2005

Shareholder

Cesar Franken becomes 25% Shareholder.

2006

Establishment

Establishment of TOP Offshore b.v.

2009

Anniversary

Celebration 20 years anniversary.

2010

Shareholder.

Cesar Franken becomes 100% shareholder.

Anniversary

Celebration 25 years anniversary.

Relocation

New colleague.
