By guaranteeing the quality of the various departments, it was important to train the employees and bring their knowledge back to a certain standard.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n\n\n    <div class=\"two-blocks-wrap\">\r\n        <div class=\"text-block text-block--one\">\r\n            <div>\n<h2>Plan<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>For this purpose, TOP, together with Damen Dredging Equipment, has chosen to offer a refresher course to the quality employees, in which all basic knowledge about internal audits and ISO 9001 was covered. This refresher course lasted 1 day and consisted of conveying general information, such as: gaining renewed knowledge of the audit process, interview techniques and objective reporting.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"text-block text-block--two\">\r\n            <h2>Execution<\/h2>\n<p>The refresher course was given by our TOP trainer Cesar Franken, in which the following was discussed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The purpose of an internal audit;<\/li>\n<li>The background and process of an internal audit (related to ISO standards);<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up an audit plan;<\/li>\n<li>Conducting and reporting an internal audit;<\/li>\n<li>Conducting interviews (communication skills);<\/li>\n<li>Drawing up an audit report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to the presentation, practical examples were discussed and the employees had to carry out interactive assignments.<\/p>\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n\n\n    <div class=\"text-block\">\r\n        <div>\n<h2>How\u2019s life now?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>The evaluations showed that the topics discussed were very clear, there was a good balance between theory and practice and very good tips were received which will be applied in practice.<br \/>\nAn annual refresher training is a good idea.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Training the employees and bring their knowledge back to a certain standard.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":2053,"template":"","top_case_cat":[18],"class_list":["post-513","top_case","type-top_case","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","top_case_cat-training-en"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/top-advies.nl\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/top_case\/513","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/top-advies.nl\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/top_case"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/top-advies.nl\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/top_case"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/top-advies.nl\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/3"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/top-advies.nl\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/2053"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/top-advies.nl\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=513"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"top_case_cat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/top-advies.nl\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/top_case_cat?post=513"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
