Boudewijn is a dedicated, ambitious, experienced professional in several fields. He graduated in Sustainable Development / Maritime Technology in relation to the Maritime & Offshore industry at the Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands. He used to be responsible for a team of account managers providing marine service solutions. He now has (commercial) responsibilities for an area / region or group of Key accounts and for environmental department & SHE-Q department both offshore and onshore. His personal strengths are the extensive technical (Marine) product and service background, managing international multicultural teams, and coordinating, optimizing various processes. His main interests are the dynamics around transitions within companies, with a strong focus on lean, efficient & safe solutions.
