Our OH&S legal registers cover a local country’s OH&S legislation, which can be further customised based on industry, general & local companies business activities and identified OH&S risks .
By means of assessment general and/or local based company activities and OH&S risks will be identified. Based on the outcome an inventory will be made of applicable legislation and subdivided per OH&S topic.
Legislations will be explained briefly and specific or noteworthy articles will be shown highlighted.
It will all be put together and presented in a clear and easy-to-use MS Excel based register. For the user it will be clear what legistlation is applicable. This will increase awareness and decrease the risk of non-compliance.

TOP is finalizing an online tool with checklists. Easy to use by company representatives. Compliance checks can be done easily and do not consume a lot of time. Graphs in the dashboard show strengths and weaknesses at all time which makes it possible to intervene fast and without time consuming data analysis. The dashboard is also suitable to identify trends and scores in relation to KPI’s.
